For USA Hockey’s Olympic content, we designed a custom-built set inspired by the dramatic ice tunnels found in hockey arenas. The concept focused on recreating the visual experience of moving through a frozen corridor toward the rink. The tunnel was constructed using ten carved foam structures shaped to resemble sculpted ice walls, creating depth and texture throughout the space. Synthetic ice flooring extended the illusion across the ground, while a custom-built backdrop at the end of the tunnel reflected the bright arena environment visible beyond the passageway.
