The Role
The Multimedia Producer is a versatile, “five-tool” creative who contributes across pre-production, production, and post. This entry-level position is designed for someone eager to grow into a Producer, Director, or Editor role. The Multimedia Producer collaborates closely with the team and clients to help concept, capture, and craft multimedia content that tells powerful stories.
Key Responsibilities
– Support pre-production: creative ideation, shot lists, storyboards, and logistics
– Assist during production: camera operation, lighting, and audio support
– Contribute to post-production: editing, media organization, and finishing
– Collaborate with producers and editors to bring creative ideas to life
– Manage project assets, timelines, and support smooth production workflows
– Bring enthusiasm, curiosity, and creative input to every project
Ideal Candidate
– Early-career creative (0–3 years experience) with strong storytelling instincts
– Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
– Comfortable with camera systems, lighting, and production fundamentals
– Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn all sides of production
– Excellent communicator and reliable team player
– Positive energy, strong work ethic, and problem-solving attitude
– Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
– Willingness to work nights/weekends as needed
