Brett grew up in West Chester, Ohio. His photography career began when he joined the school paper as a freshman at the University of Cincinnati. By his junior year, he was the contract photographer for the athletic departments at both U.C. and Miami University (Ohio). In 1998, Brett began freelancing for Sports Illustrated and over the last 20 years has traveled the world as both a lighting tech and photographer. Brett met Tom Gelehrter in 2008 while working at UC. Seven years later, Gelehrter pitched the idea of 4th Floor Creative to Brett and he loved it, joining as a partner. Brett lives in Liberty Township with his wife, Jessica, their three kids and two dogs. Brett’s hobby has jokingly become collecting hobbies. As someone always wanting to learn about and try new things – there are several that he loves – but anything that gets him in the great outdoors would be his favorites.

Brennen was hired at 4th Floor Creative in March 2018. He mainly focuses on cinematography and post-production, but he's involved in just about every part of the creative process. Brennen graduated from the University of Virginia in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, but he wasn’t a big fan of the typical cubicle job. He enjoys exploring isolated parts of Cincinnati, taking photographs, practicing yoga, and eating pretzels!

Cori joined the 4th Floor Creative staff in May 2019. While her first love is video editing, she also enjoys scriptwriting and diving into research and development. Cori began her production career in 2012 after graduating from Wake Forest University, just down the road from her childhood home in Winston-Salem, N.C.
